Leave the M5 at Exeter joining the A30. Stay on the A30 by-passing Okehampton, Launceston and Bodmin. After approximately 80 miles on the A30 take the exit A391 for St Austell.

Straight through the lights at Bugle, turn left at roundabout, then right at mini-roundabout. At the bottom of the steep hill overlooking St Austell bay turn right at lights.

Follow the road to large roundabout continue on A390, we are approximately 100 metres on the right immidiately after junction.

By rail or bus we are approximately 1 mile from both which are in St Austell.
